Hilda Ochoa-Brillembourg is Chair of Strategic’s Board of Managers and a member of the Executive Committee. Ms. Ochoa-Brillembourg is a Fulbright fellow and recipient of the Fulbright lifetime achievement award. She completed her Doctoral studies (except dissertation) in Business Administration in Finance at Harvard Business School; she holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a BS in Economics from Universidad Andres Bell.
