Innovation Factory - A Student-Led Organization at Johns Hopkins University

Education. Entrepreneurship. Capital

Our Philosophy

Innovation Factory is the collaborative student-led organization with the mission to foster the entrepreneurial spirit throughout the Johns Hopkins community by facilitating access to learning, networking, and investment opportunities.

We believe that by connecting students, alumni, faculty, and friends from Hopkins' nine schools, we can help develop a thriving ecosystem where ideas are shared, problems are solved, and  opportunity is cultivated.

Who We Are

Entrepreneurs: Our network brings founders together, connecting entrepreneurs with the resources they need to successfully grow their start-ups.

Consultants: Launching a successful venture is challenging. Our student and professional StartUp! Consultants are there to bring expert guidance and strategy to the entrepreneurs that need it.

Investors: Angels, venture capitalists, and alumni are eager to connect to Johns Hopkins entrepreneurs. Our goal is to bring promising start-ups from conception to funding.

Sponsors: Thank to AQR Capital, PNC, Tesla, NASA, and APL, our Inaugural Summit was a huge success! We're building our network of sponsors to continue to support Johns Hopkins entrepreneurship in a meaningful way.

Technology Transfer

We are working closely with the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab Technology Transfer Department. Our collaboration is aimed at launching businesses by joining an entrepreneur with an available APL technology. Please contact us for more information.

Thank You

Innovation Factory knows all our accomplishments and ability to help the entrepreneurial community within Johns Hopkins does not just stem from within our organization. A special thank you to the following people and organizations, without whom our tireless efforts would not have been made possible. We appreciate your support sincerely.
